I have test Joomlasharper Pagebuilder an di am not a fan of it, it compersome and clucnky granted it's not the same as JSN PBV4
An alternative called Sparky J4 compatible

The extension can be downloaded and install without a purchase. I do not know how limited it is but it functions. It is missing a lot of feature for example Tabs I am surprised. I have email their support with my concern.
The interface is more inline to what I am used to seeing where as Joomlasharper is not.
